Speed, power and heart rate on your cycling videos
A climb never looks steep on camera. Put the gradient, your power and your heart rate on screen, and people can see how hard it really was.
Works with your head unit
Export the ride from your bike computer or from Strava as a FIT or GPX file. Power, cadence and heart rate come through if the file has them, and any overlay without data tells you so.
Handlebar, chest or helmet
The recording time gets the sync close, then the way your camera turned fine-tunes it against the GPS track. If it's a little out, the sync buttons move the data by a tenth of a second at a time.
Long rides are fine
Files open from your disk, so a four-hour ride split across chapters is no more trouble than a short clip. GoPro chapters join up by themselves, and you can export just the best section.

Questions
Can it show my power?
Yes, if your activity file recorded power from a power meter. The gauge fills relative to your highest power in the ride.
Does it work with Strava?
Download the original file or GPX from the activity on Strava's website, then add it like any other file.
