Questions

What do I get for free?

You can use the editor and preview your overlays without an account. A free account adds two exports with a watermark, so you can check real results on your own footage.

What is the founding member price?

The first 500 subscribers pay US$5 a month instead of US$7, and that price stays for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel, it can't be restored.

How do I cancel?

From your account page, in two clicks. There is no fee. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and anything you exported is yours to keep.

Why does my statement say Link?

Link is Stripe's merchant of record service. It sells the subscription on our behalf, handles tax in your country and can help with billing questions.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of a yearly renewal, with no questions asked. Consumer law may give you further rights.
