Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. It takes two clicks and there is no fee or minimum term. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You can also cancel through Link, which processes our payments and appears on your statement.

Money-back promise

  • First payment: if Framemetry isn't right for you, ask within 14 days for a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
  • Yearly renewals: if you meant to cancel and missed it, ask within 14 days of the renewal for a full refund.
  • Monthly renewals: these aren't refunded, apart from the cases below.

Email support@framemetry.com from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Link can also handle refund requests about a transaction.

When something goes wrong

If Framemetry has a major fault, or doesn't work as described and we can't fix it in a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund under consumer law, whatever the dates above. Please try the system check before buying, because a computer that doesn't meet the requirements isn't a fault in the software, and that's why the free exports exist.

Your right to withdraw, in the UK and EU

Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you start using a subscription straight away, you ask us to begin the service during that period. Under the promise above you can still get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, so in practice you lose nothing.

Exports after cancelling

Anything you exported during your subscription is yours to keep. After a subscription ends, new exports go back to the free limits.
